Dental Implants
Dental implants are a long-term solution for missing teeth. They mimic the look and function of natural teeth.
…A beautiful smile can increase your confidence levels to a great extent. You can socialize with people, laugh wholeheartedly, and pose for photos without being conscious of your facial appearance. But, not all of us have a naturally attractive smile, as various oral conditions such as damaged, discolored, or broken teeth, infected gums, etc., can make the smile appear displeasing.
Cosmetic dentistry is an entire branch of dentistry that is dedicated to making changes to the appearance of a patient's smile. The procedures include bonding restorations to the existing teeth, removing excessive tissues, applying surface applicants to enhance the smile's appearance, shaping the existing natural tissues, etc. Depending on your condition, the dentist will suggest the best treatment option.
Some of the standard cosmetic dental procedures that we offer are as follows:
Dentures: Dentures are removable, prosthetic dental restorations that are used to restore multiple missing teeth. They are made from biocompatible acrylic and dental-grade ceramic material to mimic the gums and teeth, respectively.
Crowns: Crowns, or commonly known as dental caps, are ceramic restorations used to restore broken, chipped, worn out, excessively spaced, or weak teeth. They look like natural teeth but are hollow on the inside. They are placed on the teeth that require a cosmetic uplift and bonded in place using dental adhesives.
Bridges: Bridges are ceramic restorations used to replace a missing tooth, i.e., the prosthetic tooth is held in position by dental crowns on either side. Bridges are the simplest means to replace a missing natural tooth.
Teeth whitening: As the name suggests, teeth whitening is the process of removing the stains from the teeth' surface to give a whiter and more confident smile to the patient. We use a whitening gel containing Hydrogen Peroxide for this purpose.
Dental implants: Implants are the strongest and most durable tooth restorations. They are implanted into the jawbone in place of the extracted teeth using a screw-like metal post. A ceramic tooth is placed on the metal post so that it acts as the replacement tooth.
Veneers: Veneers are thin, ceramic dental restorations bonded to the front surface of the teeth that require an aesthetic uplift. They are used to treat conditions such as excessively discolored, spaced, worn out, chipped, or cracked teeth.
